Some prefer side wash because it’s more efficient and washes slightly better, but others hate it because of the gunk that builds up around the side (I can attest to that. Our previous washer was side load and that gunk got pretty disgusting.) Some prefer top load and agitator because it’s “the classic” and washes well, but others dislike it because the agitator is rough with clothes and tends to stretch ‘em. I haven’t heard too many things about too loads with pulsator since they’re relatively new. We figured why not give it a try :p

Well, that was the MCAS issue

There was no proper sensor redundancy, so, sensor failure meant that the plane was all like WTF and tried to recover from a stall which didn't exist

Biggest failing of MCAS wasn't MCAS itself, but, that the pilots where never told our taught about it, to many, the finger being pointed at that system was the first time they even heard of it

The fact that you couldn't consistently block MCAS without turning off the electronic control of the tail flaps was also a big problem

They don't teach them to dive a little to relieve strain so you can manually adjust the tail anymore so if they're fighting against the flaps to maintain altitude the strain on the system is more than a person can overcome with the manual control wheel

Like, with most crash investigations, it often boils down to the pilots where morons and shouldn't have been flying, or, some small oversight which could have easily been verified or a quick patch to something went bad or some other technical fuckery which even as somebody who worked building switchboards for a few years would know, "don't trust that shit"

but, the issue is that humans are so compacent in everything
