plz does anyone use i3 and polybar because im dying. i have polybar and 3 monitors, and i dont want any workspaces on my two secondary monitors unless i specifically move them there but no matter what each monitor always has one workspace on it. in my i3 config i have specifically defined all my workspaces to be on my one primary monitor output yet no joy. if i move the workspace to my primary monitor manually, a new one is created. is it impossible to have no workspaces at all on a monitor unless one is specifically moved there? :(((

I personally believe that isolation/virtualization allows for more scalability, but it can be a pain if you’ve never done it before. A lot of people use docker for their containers, but I can’t vouch for or against docker that as I’ve never used it. I have heard a lot about it in the mc world tho for containers
If you’re on a small scale I don’t think it’s worth it, but if you want an easier time long term with knowing what belongs to what, hypervisors are a good bet
