You can always trademark your own name, you just have to submit the application to the proper agency.
If you trademark and keep it active, then yes, you would have the ability to stop others from using your name.
But, ask yourself if you really need to do that...

I am unaware of any, my current method is just using a separate vps from OVH specifically for geyser and passing the traffic to the origin that way lol
no program, geyser is literally running on the secondary VPS and passing the traffic over to my origin server where the server is actually running. just firewall'd properly, so at least origin IP isn't exposed, but it still leaves geyser exposed (but less so since it's OVH)

We have a hidden offline mode - most of the core Geyser team was strongly against any offline mode but after we realized 1: Waterdog (Bedrock and Java BungeeCord) wouldn't work and 2: our external MITM proxy program (for debugging packets) wouldn't work after we fixed a flaw in our Xbox authenticating, we compromised.
Because it's very unreasonable most of the time to not want to authenticate with Xbox when it's free.

But most of that I knew before
