At the time I had done a timings and no err of: Minecraft::world - tracker stage 1 and 2, I assure you it works perfectly with 12 players, I wanted to push my server to the maximum that with single players starting to start, the only concern was the number of large entities that would cause TPS losses and that's normal.

well, the fact that the TPS loss has dropped to basically 0 means that it's caught up, JVM warmup can take a while while it hits stuff and optimizes code, but, your timings cost also dropped significantly too, which indicates that your CPU has caught up
really had to tell all the specifics, especially with a client OS doing its own thing, stuff like focusing away from an app which changes its priority, etc
