for 3 years straight I was taught the same exact history book no changes and then they decided to completely rewrite the history book like 2 years ago, like it is still roughly the same history but they omitted so much stuff. like before it evenly talked about all the different religions and each of their history, but the revised book only had 3 pages for Christianity and a whole 50 pages for islam for example. the new book also didn't go into detail about the watergate scandal much at all which really confused me like why would they omit that.
