Now I'm going to update it all to 1.15.2 – while I have to check out diffrences in all plugins one by one, what would be the best way to pepare the worlds before I throw them into 1.15. One is a lobby, other one is citybuild, so I do not care about not discovered junks.

im currently using screen since mark2 wont forget certain jvm flags and those flags are preventing paper from starting. how do you solve the issue of having to run script /dev/null before running screen commands if you sudo su - minecraft instead of ssh'ing directly as the minecraft user?

I checked and apparently it's just a hard coded thing that you need OP to do Command Blocks. There are ways to work around it.
