Undo the accidental renaming of a method in 0aad8bf
Aikar wanted to rename DataPalette<T>#getDataBits(T object) to getOrCreateIdFor
in 0aad8bf but he also accidentally renamed
ChunkPacketInfo<T>#getDataBitsIndex(int chunkSectionIndex) to
getOrCreateIdForIndex.

Remove chunk-edge-mode and chunk loading entirely from Anti-Xray
The chunk-edge-mode is broken since several versions.
Loading chunk neighbors for chunk edge obfuscation isn't needed anymore.
Unlike in previous versions, these are under normal circumstances already loaded
at the time we need them (plugins for example can bypass this).

Use the modified methods and constructors everywhere
Anti-Xray provides support for the default nms methods and constructors,
which where modified by Anti-Xray to avoid breaking stuff (plugins)
which somehow uses these methods.
However, the modified versions of those methods and constructors should be used
where possible.

Remove support for the default methods and constructors
Actually, in all cases the modified methods and constructors should be used.
The idea behind it was, that I didn't want to break plugins for example,
which make use of that nms stuff.
On the other hand it is bad supporting the default methods and constructors
because this makes updating more error-prone.
In particular it's easy to miss a new method or constructor call in an update,
which should be changed to call the modified one.

I am not sure who's domain this falls under, Spigot, Paper, Mojang etc.

Players are being kicked at random and cannot log back if if there is a player within render distance.

Netty Error: io.netty.channel.unix.Errors$NativeIoException: syscall:read(..) failed
Paper Version: Paper version git-Paper-1216 (MC: 1.12.2) (Implementing API version 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

There are documented issues here: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-118372 and https://github.com/netty/netty/issues/6607

Any further information would be useful. I'm not sure if you are aware of this issue or not.
It has been present on all my servers at least since 1.12.1 but possibly 1.12 also.

Of course I applied your new flags, but the one thing we did was dramatically decrease the number of entities (holograms were a bad offender here, I replaced with a custom packet-based thing).
