basically you if you fill books with Chinese characters and fill all the pages, then duplicate the books, place them in shulker boxes, fill the chest with shulker boxes with books in the shulker boxes and that already is around 20 or so GB
you can fit like 8 double chests in a single chunk
so that is 160GB give or take per chunk

You can single out the host by trying to run the server on your own machine.
