if the only thing running on the server is minecraft and you only use a keyboard and monitor to access the computer, you should only accept connections on your minecraft port

Hello, I'm having trouble gracefully stopping Paper within my docker containers. I think it worked in the past but stopped working some time ago. I've already done quite extensive testing regarding this and am sure that the overall setup should be correct (PID of Java is 1, Stop signal is SIGINT (instead of SIGTERM), Confirmed the Java Process receives the correct signal, I also tried the "init/tini" approach of docker so it acts as a proxy for the signals, different java version (originally I use 13), etc.) but within the container it just won't exit gracefully.
Outside of the container I get the usual:

all the time. I also do not get disconnected from the server cleanly (it only shows "Connection lost" instead of "Server closed"). Has anyone an Idea as to why this happens?
And while I did all testing w/o any plugins, I installed a test-plugin to confirm that the onDisable of said plugin is also not executed within the container.

Also tested it with normal 1.15.2 spigot now, and can confirm, that it works just fine there. Players are disconnected cleanly; server seems to be stopped gracefully.

I've got EssentialsSpawn but the listener is set to lowest priority because I've got Multiverse handling per-world spawns
Basically I've got a hub in a separate world, and that's currently the respawn point if players don't have a bed

So it seems that Multiverse's world spawn property affects /spawn, so that's good, except I've got bed spawning turned on, so that if a player dies it'll send them to their bed instead of the spawn world, but that doesn't happen with /spawn, anyone know of a plugin for a bed tp command?
