Well, I'd still like higher cooldown times; some of the ones in 1.9 were a bit too long, so shortening them is fine, although I feel like they went too much to the low side again this time. The changes to food are fine for pvp/pve I'd assume, but they sound awful for non-pvp/pve gameplay. The upwards momentum feels a bit too over the top. And well, no coyote time please. Probably other stuff as well; but generally I'm okay with it.

so tldr: upgrade to java 13 an either switch to jvmci(also called GraalVM) or try low pause time collectors they fix the other wise stupid stutter of post 1.14+
offers both a server side and client side performance boost
