We have a separate chunk activation system that prevents entities from ticking when they're not supposed to. Loading the chunks won't change anything, but the problem here is that the plugin went crazy :]

@uneven sage by default the world-settings are setup to apply to all worlds. This is known as the default behavior. To override per world you must specify world names
