I'd be slightly careful about switching from paper to spigot, I did it once as part of a debug process, and my server had issues loading and saving chunks. It basically generated temp. Ghost Chunks and freaked everyone out "everything is gone" style

Does anyone have any recommendations on a plugin that allows players to vote on weather and daytime that does not set the time to 0. I've heard that setting the time that way is not ideal as it resets local chunk difficulty or something like that.
