IMO it is possible to somehow make multiple servers run at the same time and generate different parts of world which will greatly speedup generation.. But so far its just my idea and I dont want to dig into it unless someone can confirm that its 100% possible.

FOR THAT MATTER WHY AREN'T RPGS LEVELING UP CHARACTERS BASED ON THE APPROCHES THEY TOOK INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE AS THEY SEE FIT?

Extending on what I said earlier, yes, I think the doctor should've been kept a man because that's who the character was, and the only reason he was changed into a woman was because the show needed something to bring it back from the grave. If you can give me one legitimate (story-wise) reason the doctor should've been changed into a woman (other than virtue signaling) I'd be happy to hear it.
Going to clarify: all of my siblings are women, I am absolutely all for strong woman characters, but what we need is more original strong woman characters, because changing a character who was and always has been a male into a female with no actual reason than "uhhh because it's 2019??" and no changes to the story is just lazy writing.
