It was funny the one day, I was in a big city and someone saw the uber sticker on my windshield and waved me over n way like hey you workin? Can I just pay cash? and he paid me like $10 to go a few blocks

In certain US cities you need to register with the city and pay for a license to uber and they only let so many people do it legally at once to try and cut down on the taxi issue

NJ for example you need to have a NJ license to uber there and register in most of the beach cities
