It's just not gonna happen.
Because you also need to install updates, manage the firewall, and solve any issues that might crop up after installation. All of these things your host does in the background (I hope)

I have put up two yt songs on two of my monitors
your i7 dedicated server will more then likely perform a lot better then the shared server. But then again it all depends what you need the server for how much resources you are using and whether or not the host overloads the shared server
