Yeah, it's just a once-only thing per server instance.
One of ProtocolLib's recent changes to WrappedStatistic wraps that logic in a try/catch so it can print the exception without failing, just making sure I'm not the only one who gets it. lol

The downloadable release on SpigotMC had issues with 1.13, IIRC. Been a couple weeks since I tried, so can't remember
Which is why I went with the dev build
At the moment I have the stack trace tucked away in a separate plugin by redirecting System.err to a NullOutputStream before force loading the WrappedStatistic class.
