Hey @cosmic raft. Figured the config thing out. Configurate uses LinkedHashMap everywhere except ObjectMapper. It looks like insertion order is part of its design but it was overlooked in the ObjectMapper. For example, in ConfigurationOptions.default(), the default MapFactory is MapFactories.insertionOrdered()
So is it fair to say that ObjectMapper using HashMap for its cachedFields is a bug?
