Apparently this game is a trojan?

So i was checking my pc for viruses, and it marked something in pickcrafter as a trojan program?
I didn't really investigate, deleted the game (partly because i'm scared asf lowkey :Р). And i don't want any viruses on my pc :Р

Does anyone knows what the problem is?
