Luck?

I just unlocked the potion of luck and upgraded it to level 10 but don't see any difference in the blocks, what does it do and what is it actually doing?

It increases luck, but by little amount

I use it only to get cheese on the moon

I don't use it for anything else

Mine is on lvl 18
