what presteige level do i need to be at to unlock the aether?

Aether, Wasteland, and Herobrine's Lair are biomes unlocked via skills (like Teleport) or pickaxes powers (like the Eye of Ender). You can only stay in them for a couple of seconds

at prestige 16 ish is when i had all 3 unlocked
i dont know exactally when but thaats when i noticed
