The cats clog up the side. I only ever use that pick when trying to farm mob items, and the cats are simply infuriating thanks to not going away right away, which isn’t awful when trying to farm tattered wings or ender dust, but when going for, say, Martian emerald pieces, they’re a nightmare. Maybe if the side mobs were easier to hit individual ones or if it doesn’t take as many taps to defeat mobs when the pickaxe power is active it would be better. Possibly a skill on the tree that decreases the number of taps needed for a mob?

It only just helps a little, even if you are using reload because the pickaxe power duration is long and it gets more annoying to hit the side mobs.

from all, the best thing i can tell you is to use the pickaxe ablity before having all biomes since you have to unlock biomes to get the mobs to spawn
im not sure if auto clicker works as spam clicking feels like it doesnt even work (like you clicking with one finger as fast as you can is the same as spaming with 2 fingers
