I'm in the same sad boat - 4th Harvest event and I still can't get it, this time it's RNG - just like some of the other achieves I'm still missing 😦
Not necessarily: what I'm saying is you need some luck for a chest drop - the Fork in this instance. I've yet to get the Fire Pickaxe for that achievement, nor obtain whichever Sono/Chrono pickaxe(s) for the related achievement with music. But I've also crafted my first ever Greater Cornucopia this time around and it didn't pop, leaving only the Fork in my way.
If there IS a programming error, I wouldn't know.

I JUST GOT THE FORK! Can confirm it's part of the achievement since it popped as I got it. The chest I pulled it from was a boss chest, so you can grind the bosses for it.

I think you don't need a fork for an achievement. .
Have you updated the game? This should work fine now.

I updated the game, and you do need the fork. I actually pulled the fork from a harvest chest and it unlocked immediately.

Damn... I got impatient and ended up spending the $25 on the harvest mega offer. Got 2000 runic with it so not a bad deal tbh, 2150 runic is about $50 if I'm remembering correctly
