Hello Rusticated Team,

I’m writing because I’m absolutely fed up with the constant issues on one of your servers. Yet again, the server has completely crashed, and this is becoming a ridiculous pattern.

This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a massive waste of time and effort. I, along with many other players, have invested countless hours building, farming, and progressing in-game, only for it to be ruined repeatedly because your servers keep going down. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose progress and items, and it’s honestly starting to feel like you don’t care about the player base at all.

To make matters worse, there’s barely any communication from your side when these problems happen. We sit in Discord or check your website for updates, and often there’s complete silence. How are we supposed to stay patient when nobody even bothers to acknowledge the issue or give an ETA for a fix?

I expect clear answers to the following:

What exactly is causing these crashes?

When will the server be back up?

Are you going to roll back or compensate for lost progress due to the downtime?

What steps are you taking to ensure this doesn’t keep happening?

I’ve been supportive of your servers for a long time, but my patience has run out. It’s not fair for paying players—or any players—to keep dealing with this level of instability and total lack of communication. If this keeps up, I’ll have no choice but to find another community that actually takes server stability and player experience seriously.

I expect a prompt and thorough response, not another generic “we’re working on it.”

What in the actual HELL is going on with your servers?! One of your servers just crashed AGAIN—without warning, without communication, without so much as a hiccup of explanation—and I’m absolutely FURIOUS. This is beyond frustrating, it’s completely disgraceful. How is it even remotely acceptable for a hosting service—especially one charging real money—to allow its infrastructure to just disintegrate mid-session?

I was right in the middle of a high-stakes raid with my team. We spent hours prepping, gathering resources, executing perfect plays—only for the entire thing to go up in flames because your garbage-tier server suddenly dies. No ping spike warning, no maintenance alert, nothing. Just poof—connection lost, game dead, and total radio silence from your end. Are you serious right now?

And don’t even think about blaming the client side. I checked, double-checked, and cross-checked with multiple players—we ALL got disconnected. Your server crashed. FULL STOP.

This is not the first time either. This has happened MULTIPLE times over the past few weeks, and each time it’s the same story: no acknowledgement, no proper explanation, and certainly no compensation. Do you even monitor the status of your own infrastructure?! Or are we just stuck on a ticking time bomb that you can’t be bothered to fix because people keep paying anyway?

We’re not here to be your beta testers. This is a paid service, not some half-baked hobby project. We expect—and DESERVE—basic stability, transparency, and immediate issue resolution. Right now you’re delivering none of that. What you’re delivering is broken, unreliable, and an absolute insult to the players who’ve supported your platform.

Unfortunately not, it's about Steam inventory value. From what we've seen so far though, I do think it's been a rather sucessful change when it comes to reducing the amount of cheaters on specific servers

I would recommend some item packs, the jungle pack/wallpapers/frontier pack are the most bang for your buck if it's something you're interested in, rather than skins you'd be getting craftable in-game items
