Association bans are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, when we look into players we do look into the entire team, however, while we ban for association it's not all of the time, we have special criteria designed to decide if a person should be banned for association or not. We do not disclose what it is, but if players match the criteria then they're banned for association.

I dont understand why rusticated official servers are all premium, but you cant add the premium requirement on the 2x rusticated server? I've always assumed most modded servers dont add premium because theyre scared theyre gonna lose too much pop.. but like.. rusticated could be the ONE popping modded premium server (other 2x/modded premium servers , on the first thur of the month only hit like 10 ppl max which is useless). Is there even a good reason why rusticated 2x cant set the precident that we can have modded premium servers?

I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into playing on this server, and it’s incredibly aggravating to keep losing progress and getting interrupted because of repeated crashes. This level of instability is unacceptable, especially for a paid service or one that markets itself as reliable.
It feels like support is either not aware of these issues or not addressing them quickly enough. Players deserve better communication and faster resolutions when things like this happen.
I want to know:
What caused this crash?
When will the server be back online?
What steps are you taking to prevent this from happening again?
I expect a prompt response and some reassurance that these constant problems are being taken seriously. Right now, it’s hard to justify continuing to play—or recommending your servers to anyone else—if things don’t improve.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
