well.. have a review to leave. As a quad we have played for one moth on the server 2xmonday and Thursday. Server is allright, no lags in general, works good. As well usfull plug-inns that are extremely comfortable for building and inngame life general. Only one thing is disappointing... lots "soffters" and unfair players thats allright thats rust but... Admins declined every single ticket. even all of the people got EAc banned after couple of days, admins still dont do good job in hear. My Quad have in summery aprox. 35k hours that's a lot i believe. And every single time we got wiped by a fresh 800h player with fresh and nice acc.... yeap still declind. no harm feelings we just go our way with few cool moments on this server. No harm feeling for admins, i respect your job. Just think you need to be more realistic for some of the cases. Cheers R.U.S.T.E.R.S

We ban hundreds of cheaters a day, while tickets help we get a bulk amount of tickets and have to rotate through them as fast as possible. At times players are AFK and or offline and we have to move to the next. In the end we have so much data to declare someone as a cheater and spectate and see what we can find. We don't have access to a PC like EAC. We have cheaters we ban that after 3 months the user will finally get EAC gamebanned. Its a constant battle and been a big issue the last few months in rust.

Having a 800h account wipe 3 people even with 35k hours isnt enough evidence to ban someone

We would have to see them using some kind of cheat to do so but if we don't have evidence of them doing so then we cant just remove them

With rust removing the ability for server owners to see gamebanned accounts it also makes our job a lot harder.

In the end we are far from perfect but we try our best to answer as many tickets as possible in a timely matter and remove as many cheaters as possible. We have spent thousands of dollars in anticheats and tools but we can only do so much.

It also causes people to log and pop to die because it’s all grubs

And no t3 PvP
