Because my hotstop always worked on any rust server before. But something changed about my Phones data yesterday that makes me have restricted access to certain things. creating a ticket is literally the fastest way to get that handled. everyone in game checking on stuff like that prioritizes tickets. I'm not in game as im busy with other things. If you believe the video is enough you can upload it directly to the ticket, or if its too big you can upload it to youtube as unlisted and link it. Make sure you create the ticket with just text first and upload the video in a separate message as i believe it doesn't work on creation. We dont offer vc or dm support as everything needs to be logged, sorry
an admin thats available to look deeper in to things can check it asap and if the video isn't quite enough they can check on them with our tools or spectate as well if needed

anything you've lost we wouldn't be able to get back as items arent logged in rust. theres no way to tell who owned what or if they even still have your stuff as they could have lost it or trashed it. we aren't able to get everyones stuff back even close to reliably since that logging was removed from the game. best to make a report and try to avoid them until its been properly checked

I have no idea who you are on steam or what your ban is or how long it is. Whatever it is and however long it is you'd need to appeal it by creating a ticket in order to get unbanned sooner than the ban duration, or at all if its permanent

If it was on our normal server i believe so, if its on the minigames server that one is a bit different in how all that information is stored and handled since its like a hive of many servers together. usually on minigames i believe its perm until appeal because of that. may not handle the times well im not 100% sure on that

If he does not join the previous team again then yeah he can join yours. He needs to make sure that his old teammates have to change codes and clear TC authorization and remove his current bag in the base. As for your team if you did have a previous teammate that is not playing anymore, do the same as I said and make sure to not invite him again for the rest of the wipe.
