I know there is issues with EAC currently causing some connection issues - not sure if thats lag or just disconnects.
Theres also just been a lot of networking issues surrounding basically every rust host involving those huge ddos attacks and various downstream issues connected to that so that could be linked

As you know, the Trio EU Monday server has been really bad for a while now: 400 ping, constant EAC fails, connection errors, etc. Honestly, I don't see the point of having VIP on a server that's like this. I've created a ticket to see if they'll refund it until it's working properly and I can pay for it again. The server's condition isn't good enough to charge what VIP is worth; paying and not being able to play... I don't know... The admin has denied my refund, and I don't think they'd like to pay for a service that isn't working. best regards!

WE think it's admin messing around bc there was only 2 of us and we we're on 3rd floor of our base, it started when 2 pipes disapeared which were collecting charcoal from furnuces and putting it into sulfur box. We typed with my teammate couple times "Admins where are our pipes" and etc and rn all of our pipes disapeared leading that we wasted an hour of work. Id like to report that South American players in rusticates are having extreme lag issues in the last couple months. Me and my trio been playing in the same rusticated trio Thursday server for about 2 years and never had connectivity issues. Also some other players from SA, that play the server have told me also having those issues. Rollbacks, game freezing for over a minute, Timeouts. At first I thought it was a problem with my internet, but everyone from SA I ask is having the same type of issues. Please look into rusticated team.
