I already submitted a ticket through your website, but it was automatically closed because my account doesn’t meet the 500 hour requirement (I currently have around 265 hours). I completely understand the rule. I just wanted to explain my situation here in case there’s any chance for an exception.

I live in Ankara, Turkey, and my ISP (Turk Telekom) has terrible routing to European servers. Without a VPN, my ping to your EU servers sits around 300–400 ms with constant spikes and packet loss. The route goes through GTT in Sofia, which causes massive latency and unstable gameplay.

When I use Cloudflare WARP (VPN tunnel mode), everything changes. My ping drops to around 65–70 ms, and the connection becomes smooth and stable. I’ve tested this multiple times in CMD using ping and tracert, and the difference is very clear. I’m not trying to gain any unfair advantage. I just want a playable and fair experience.

My friends are already playing on Rusticated servers, and I’d love to join them. I completely understand your rules, but my connection issues are strictly ISP related, not due to my setup.
If needed, I can share my ping and tracert logs privately.

The artic research base is bugged in Rusticated premium US trio. It's not respawning since the game forced wiped. Regardless if there's people or not, its NOT respawning at all. This is not only the blue card puzzle, but litterally all the barrels, crates, bots, and things like lowgrade fuel. NOTHING is respawning
