Did FacePunch or Rusticated recently do something that would prevent a player from using Razer Synapse to map hotkeys to certain mouse buttons? Mine have stopped working as of 8/25/2025.

Hotkeys are not an issue. From my own experience, there is likely an issue with your Razer Synapse or mouse. I'd recommend checking for any updates to the software of firmware.
