Would appreciate some help with a friend and his ban evasion ban he has on your servers. He is banned from creating tickets because he created more then a few over 900 days ago. I know this is a long shot but it would be awesome to get a DM or private call with an admin for help on this situation. Mainly to clairfy if this is forever or if there is leniency to this policy. If so could we get some help creating a ticket for him showing both steam accounts and to allow him to explain himself nearly 3 years later.
