It appears your shared BP plug-in on the 2x vanilla is limited compared to other shared BP servers. If you remove a teammate to add in another on the UI it removes any of the BPS that they researched instead of just giving all of the BPS to the entire UI permanently.

there is nothing much left to discuss after that. just do not cheat / play with cheater at the first place and no one will ever have to come across this situation.
finally, ban appeal is a privilege, not a right. when someone got ticket blocked, they lost their chance to appeal and can no longer appeal their ban in the further.
