Trouble Downloading map:

To download the map, follow these steps.
1 - Press F1 and type console.clear
2 - Try and Join the server again (You will get the error still)
3 - Press F1 again and type copy
4 - Open a .TXT file and press CTRL + V
5 - Look for "Loading custom map" and there will be a URL next to it
6 - Copy and paste that URL into an internet browser
7 - locate your Rust "Maps" Folder (\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and delete everything in there.
7 - Take the downloaded file and drag that into your Rust "Maps" Folder (\steamapps\common\Rust\maps)
8 - Restart Rust and you should be good!

The amount of maximum players that can join a server depends on the server performance. The biggest influence on the server performance is the amount of player placed entities; this includes bases, walls, etc. The more player placed entities there are on the map the less performant the server is. This means the longer into the wipe, the less people can join the server. If we were to ignore the server performance and increase slots, it means everyone will start lagging.

If you create a ticket, the user is watched

We aren't perfect, people slip through the cracks, but no server is 100%
