Despite having a total of 2k hours on ur servers i honestly haven’t played a single wipe without having to lose my shit because of a cheater. And what makes me lose more of my shit is the slow/poor response by the admins. Then my ticket ends up not solved due to the player going offline. Well ofc cheater had fun and finished his thing for the whole day why would he stay further for the next day? Now can the admins try to pay a little bit more attention to the tickets when they’re made? And not reply after a day? Or maybe just reply at least assuring that we as players are being heard. It’s blood boiling… @admins

We legit handle tickets faster than almost any server in rust. We ban cheaters constantly all day. We can't ban players blindly if they go offline we leave notes and check back to see if they come back. We close the ticket to not have us get backed up with tickets open for days. This allows us to move to the next player as fast as possible. We use the same responses for speed and time, allowing us to not have to type custom responses for the same message and allowing us to move as fast as possible. We get 30-50 tickets a hour at times and each one needs a hour to look into it. Do the math that's a lot of man power and a lot of time we spend on each ticket. My team does an amazing job and we are constantly staying on top of tickets even if I have to jump in myself. Not much I can do about rust having cheaters. We have multiple custom anticheat in place and we legit ban hundreds of cheaters a day. Games will always have cheats we see cheaters we detected in 2 mins of being on the server not be game banned for days.

It's frustrating for any player to think we aren't doing our best but we are and im proud at what we achieve each day.

Hey, i'm looking for very specific server information regarding the 199.231.233.240:28015 server (bedwars NA). Does this server use some kind of custom lobby?

The reason i'm asking is because we run a small community server for people on linux what has EAC disabled. Apparently this (your) server works for me on linux, even tho EAC is not enabled (yet) by FacePunch.
