Not sure what you mean, but sure. Our team works as fast as we can and handle tickets as fast as we can. We recruit as many admins as we can and can not physically do anything faster. We have created a ticket portal to make it faster on users and admins and have a lot of things in place to help admins move as fast as possible. Most servers can take up to 24 hours to even get answers on tickets.
