What is the criteria for being able to "prove" a cheater for an admin to FP? I have played these servers for years and in the last year have not had a single report go banned. Alternatively, anytime I play a modded server and report its usually within a few days that I get pinged for a ban. Its really discouraging to play officials because I feel like cheaters dont get banned on them anymore.

If we do not find sufficient proof of someone cheating through our wide variety of information and spectating then we cannot punish a player. I am not condemning Rusticated. I am also not suggesting you ban folks because a group reports them. I am inquiring about the standards of evidence used to validate a player is cheating. Its purely anecdotal, but it just really seems like people arent getting banned on official servers. But you are at no obligation to provide your community any transparency, and its probably good practice to prevent people from averting those tools and methods you use. But it would also help to know that people actually get banned, because it just doesnt seem like they do.

We have a high ban volume across our servers but we also hold our ban evidence quality to high standards and thoroughly investigate the players which are reported. If we do not find any proof of the user cheating and there is not sufficient evidence provided in a ticket the user will not be removed from our servers. We look at many factors during our investigation, which I shall not share as it can help cheaters avoid detection in the future. We have no limits on the amount of tickets a player can receive if we do not find sufficient evidence and the ticket is closed players are always welcome to open another for a different admin to investigate or just during a different day if the user may be toggling etc.
