Today we are introducing a major overhaul to our website, report system and more!
Reports https://rusticated.com/report
- New report system allows you to see currently online players and players who killed you in the last hour. This gives players the ability to find players a lot easier and find players with weird names. With this brings our new ticket system.
We now have full private tickets you can upload evidence to and talk directly with admins. This will allow us to communicate better and be more interactive with the players reporting. The goal is to make everything easier on the players and admins side of things. For discord linked users you will get DM's with your ticket responses so you dont have to constantly check the site.

- You can now search on our leaderboards. This has been a long waited feature. Coming with that you can now click on your kills and see exactly who you killed, from what distance, what weapon etc... This is fully searchable and can be used on your deaths as well.
Profile Page https://rusticated.com/account
- All players now have a profile page on our main site, this will give you your account details, Show your linked accounts and where you will find tickets.
Linking Rewards https://rusticated.com/account/links
- Same old linking rewards with a new style to them. We tried to make linking a lot less confusing. On top of this you can now request on the website for specific accounts to be unlinked. This is a request sent to our admin side of things so it will need to be approved still.
We also now offer a "Resend Rewards" button. This is in case you have your accounts linked and you don't have a reward for some reason. This will check all your accounts and verify you are linked and tell all the servers to update with your data. This way if any rewards are not adding for some reason you can add them yourself.
Conclusion
- We are always working towards a better player experience. This has been a lot of work over the last few months and im very happy to finally get it out. Thank you to everyone who supports us and allows us to bring bigger and better things. With this we will be no longer doing reports and ban appeals in discord. Everything will be through our ticket process on the website. If you have any questions feel free to ask in #🆘︱support as always.
