Recycler in fishing village makes no sense, 1, the server is vanilla, 2, takes away some pvp from happening, people won't be needing to walk around going to outpost/bandit, they'll just build close to a fishing village and go there constantly

My personal feedback on this specific situation is if the yield is increased already by 2x and then the growth speed is also increased by 2x you are essentially getting 4x the vanilla rates. If the growth speed is modified I believe the yield would need to stay the vanilla rates personally to ensure the fairness to all play styles

Speaking in regards to 2x specifically

2x has a fairly large player base that likes the more vanilla feel of rust with less of the grinding and adding further modifications may drive players away from the server. Events may slightly overlap but events such as cargo lasts for ~35-55min based on when users unlock the crates where heli is only a fraction of it allowing participation in both. They are on separate timers as well and furthermore you are able to take heli from cargo if you are a real Chad :D

I really would hope you can add this to your build servers it would be awesome, even if this something only VIP could use. A support ticket would be necessary to request this file as it saves under the CopyPaste data folder in the server files. CopyPaste is a Plugin available on Umod for free.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I was referring to servers like 2x Mondays and 2x Thursdays.
With high pop servers like these that have relatively consistent players, implementing a clan system like some other modded servers have [/clan create | /clan invite] could help identify consistent players and help identify/remember people you meet/kill/raid through roaming across wipes.

I feel this could be a good implementation especially with the possibility of clan tables / logos coming in the next Force Wipe Update.

Well the clan stuff isn't coming next update afaik. That is more built for multi server stuff afaik still waiting to see how rust implements it. As for the 2x server typically people want it to be more vanilla feel. That's why we don't have any extreme mods like that on it. Most of the time you see stuff like that on a 5x or 10x

It goes against the servers pvp focus because it incentivises people to recycle, trade etc. by respawning outside the outpost and just trading everything rather than taking risks with their loot

I have a friend spawn there naked, collect 20 scrap and buy scrap generating stuff from my vending machine. Then they send back things by buying from my vending machine. It is very much like trading with a 20 scrap trade cost per type of item.

Multiple events are happening every time, and sometimes they all happen at the same time. I've played this server a decent amount by now, though I can only make the Saturday wipes. https://imgur.com/a/5UcguHg 12k hours in this game and this is the only server I've seen where this is a problem. Why is it a problem that all the events are happening simultaneously? That means the population is more spread out, bringing less action to each event. And moreover, that means that the 1.5 hours between events feels kinda dull; especially once controlling an area and looking forward to these events for pvp (happens to most groups, the map is very big for a trio server). I think we all can agree players on a 2x, 2-day server enjoy a more condensed version of Rust and are searching for solid player engagement and pvp experiences. Please consider staggering the event timers a bit, I've noticed many other Rusticated servers are already doing this. Any admins or players please let me know if you have alternate suggestions, or if I'm full of sh. Thanks!

I suggest that all 2X servers map wipe every 5 days, cause on the 6 day the servers are empty, we need only to check in battlemetrics and rust list servers, doing it we will get people forever.

We do offer monday + thursday servers for most of our 2x servers (the 2x trio already wipes twice a week) so you would be able to hop between servers if you would like the higher pop actions though!

For US 2x Trio: The admins have the event timers set to spawn concurrently. This doesn't mean that this "happens sometimes". Multiple events are happening every time, and sometimes they all happen at the same time. I've played this server a decent amount by now, though I can only make the Saturday wipes. https://imgur.com/a/5UcguHg 12k hours in this game and this is the only server I've seen where this is a problem. Why is it a problem that all the events are happening simultaneously? That means the population is more spread out, bringing less action to each event. And moreover, that means that the 1.5 hours between events feels kinda dull; especially once controlling an area and looking forward to these events for pvp (happens to most groups, the map is very big for a trio server). I think we all can agree players on a 2x, 2-day server enjoy a more condensed version of Rust and are searching for solid player engagement and pvp experiences. Please consider staggering the event timers a bit, I've noticed many other Rusticated servers are already doing this. Any admins or players please let me know if you have alternate suggestions, or if I'm full of sh. Thanks!

Insiding isn't against the rules on most servers, it's a part of the game. It's the players responsibility who they trust with codes. The devs have even put things in to help with that, if you don't fully trust someone you can use guest codes so they cant change them, you can also use different codes for high value rooms like main loot rooms. At the end of the day the main antagonist in rust is other people. Trust is something that should not be freely given and can be exploited for gain.

That being said there are servers that do have rules against insiding for a bit of a different experience, you're welcome to play on one of those but our rules have not included a ban on insiding for the whole 4+ years it's been going. I'm sorry if you were insided and lost things but if that's something you would prefer not to be a factor you should play on a server with it listed in the rules.

Very disappointed that EU Long Hardcore will be no more. Server has been fairly well populated since wipe. With a peak around 80 to 90 players the first couple of weeks and then it slowly died down till wipe week.

Blocking new players is not something we can and will do. This would not be fair to anyone, as everyone had to start off somewhere

You can get a game ban in games for various reasons, it does not always have to be from cheating. We have confirmed stats that players that cheat on rust dont even have bans in other games more than players who do have bans on other games.

Hi, Been playing the 2x vanilla Mondays since release. Me and my group Love your server. The mods are wonderful. The moderator team seems to be doing well at finding cheaters as of late. The only issue I would say We have with the server is that it is not region locked. we have been plagued by EU players who log on when everyone else is asleep farm up freely and offline people night 1. While I do understand the frustration of not having fair grounds to defend any raids, we can't block off a whole region of the world. @eager sedge dont know how fixable it is but outpost on rusticated servers is a big problem idk what its causing it but getting near the render distance of outpost causes players almost 40 fps less and while someone like me only has to play on 70fps players with slower machines are not having fun going to outpost. idk what you can do to fix it but something in there is causing massive fps drops i havent seen on any other server

The amount of maximum players that can join a server depends on the server performance. The biggest influence on the server performance is the amount of player placed entities; this includes bases, walls, etc. The more player placed entities there are on the map the less performant the server is. This means the longer into the wipe, the less people can join the server. If we were to ignore the server performance and increase slots, it means everyone will start lagging.

Make it so spawns are vanilla, so we all spawn on beach, no more spawns at Power Plant, launch site, Desert, etc.

Make it so it's vanilla, currently we spawn everywhere on the map on the #💬︱vanilla servers.

And having spawns like that, it's really not vanilla.

Clans have a bigger chance to get to their desired spots just based on that random luck and numbers.

Also, now since there is the xmas events, spawning with snowballs, messes up things even more.
