That looks like a 6+2 PCIe connector. A lot of power supplies come with two connectors on each PCIe cable, but if your graphics card only has 1 connection point then there's nowhere to plug the second connector into.
I don't see anything wrong with it in these photos. Just check for: motherboard power, CPU power, GPU power, front panel IO, and fan headers.
Then you should be good to try to power on.

yep everything is plugged in except the last 2 ends, which according to your big brain power supply knowledge isnt needed (i was also told there isnt even anywhere to plug it in)

now we just need to plug in a wifi thing
i mean as long as it works even when playing heavy games on max settings while streaming, then i am fine with it
