The one thing I'm concerned about is whether or not the vrm heatsink will touch the back 120mm fan, I'm not sure if that is even a concern though because it appears your heatsink is really tall

What issues are you having? I got extensions for the looks, but my pcie cable were long enough to begin with. I have a Corsair rm850x (2021)

Well at least extensions are cheap lol I also believe that you can also run the pcie cables through the bottom above the fans
