yup, 30% utilzation at max setting, no cpu bottleneck, but minecraft just suck for that....

Fortnite is the same way, not that I play anymore but...

It does nothing really, even with my 3090, the fps increase is like 30 fps. people on better hardware than me use performance mode because of less input delay lol...
