not usually a fan of rgb builds, but the colour and execution of this looks awesome.

colours are nice and the cables look really clean

all i have to say @spare gate is that you should probably sidemount the CLC's radiator instead

it's an apaltek design, so the pump is inside the radiator

and you don't want the pump at the top of the loop

Two things, first is the pump actually prefers being in the horizontal orientation, majority of faults/failures with this style come from mounting vertically. Second is a clearance issue, EATX MOBO issues. The 24pin cable would not be able to route clearly if the radiator were located in the vertical location.

Note the proximity to the fan housing.

first time i'm hearing about issues with vertical orientation for apaltek rads though, do you have a source for that or is it just what you've found from your experience with it?

just curious since i have a similar aio.

my local computer shop has had a lot of failures in the vertical orientation, they recommended only installing it in the horizontal orientation.
