Consider swapping out your PSU perhaps. The 12V rail's output doesn't even correspond to the advertised 600W of the PSU.
Like it would even need that
And go with something reputable that has good reviews

Even if it’s a 80+ white I think they’ll do better compared to that but obviously don’t go for that
I mean, in terms of wattage, probably not for a locked LGA 1155 CPU and what appears to be a Strix GTX 960, but a power surge or something will probably be enough to fry the PSU (which also appears to be relatively old).
Some cheap 450-550W EVGA or Corsair unit will give a lot more peace of mind, and you can likely resell the Kolink PSU to someone who is less discerning.
Honestly his best bet is EVGA midweek madness or power supplies are at half off in some cases but you have to be based out of US to be not paying for shipping and duties it starts on Wednesdays at 12 AM PST
