I build this PC 2 years ago and I kinda got bored of how it looks. Specs:
Nivida Asus rog strix RTX 2070 Super
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
Mainboard: B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
RAM: 16gb DDR4 3200
Monitor: Huawei MateView 34inch 165hz WQHD
PCU: Be quiet 850w

its still look fine its still looks fine.. if you are really want to go aesthetics, maybe make your GPU vertical
