Only 1 generation, why..?

I've been upgrading one generation the last 4 months lol, I went from a 6600>6600xt>6700xt>6800xt

#

It's a big upgrade tbh

6600 to 6600xt I dont get

#

The others make a bit of sense

devout eagle
#

Idk why I did that, felt bored probably

#

Maybe my next upgrade is a 6900xt

#

😳

Like say, bottom 2 are "1080p" then 6700xt as "1440" and 6800xt as "4k"

#

I dont see how you have enough time to casually buy a new gpu

I just wanted to try the 6600, I only used that for like a day or two and sold it to my friend

#

Ah nice

#

I got a 6600xt, Would upgrade if others were cheaper

#

But no use on 60hz

devout eagle
#

Also the model of the 6800xt is rare. Its hard to find that

#

Yeah upgrade ur monitor if ur gonna upgrade from 6600xt

#

60hz too weak

#

Thinking of 144-165

#

27" looks nice, but pixel density is annoying after a while on 1080p

devout eagle
#

Yeah don't get 27inch 1080p

#

It's not good at all

#

27inch is 1440p territory

marsh hound
#

Id snatch up a 1440p for its price. But 6600xt will fall short of 144hz

#

Around say 90 on games I play

#

So fingers crossed 24" doesnt look super small

In my opinion the best way to save money is by paying for one GPU per series release that has better much better performance than the last one you had so for example the RTX 2060 Super to RTX 3060 TI. Unless you have a lot of cash to spend, then don't waste money. You're not going to see massive improvements going from the 6600xt to 6700xt, same applies to going from the 6700xt to 6800xt.

that is true but im in a comfortable position to making these purchases so its okay ❤️
