I’m getting into pc building a bit and need a but if advice on the aesthetics of everything surrounding it

Looks nice but I'd say you can definitely improve more

Generally to start fresh you wanna clear everything up first like in clearance, should be nothing on table, wall, and shelves,
Once it's empty you can start envision where some led RGB lighting to put here and there
And maybe return some of the old items like table lamp
Definitely not the calendar, your PC is the calendar

I'd say get addressable RGB that you can control from app for room led, example like govee
