generally yeah, AIO coolant wont do anything horrible, but i would still recommend thoroughly drying it and making sure all affected areas are clean - spills of any sort can go nasty quick

@nimble sable I dried it for two days and cleaned residue w/ 99% isopropyl alcohol and used compressed air. 🙂

that's the exact thing i'd have recommended - 99% iso is what i use in electronics repair for cleaning
