#

isn't blocking top full length slot

#

Ah

#

Maybe the x16 is on the bottom

#

Does that ever happen?

i have never seen a x16 slot at the bottom in the entirety of the time i've done custom pc stuff

Hmm ok

Maybe OP likes low frames

Sorry for late response, but it wouldn’t fit in the top slot

#

I tried everything, it wouldn’t fit. So I had to figure out a temp solution. So far no issues yet

It wouldn’t “click” into the top slot for some reason. I was pushing until I thought it would break. My only solution is to bend the locking pin to fit but I’m afraid to do that even

you're in a x4/x6 slot

#

top slot is x16

#

pcie slot doesn't need to click

#

latch only needs to close

Okay I’ll try to replace it today after work, maximum performance is preferred. I just couldn’t find an answer anywhere on what to do

Okay yeah when I do put it in just exactly like those directions, it’s like 3 mm off where the back screw is supposed to go below the fan

it needs to be all the way in the slot

#

just doesn't matter if it "clicks" or not

#

pcie slot doesn't always click

#

latch just needs to close

#

helping it close by hand is fine as long as it closes
