There is nothing wrong with a 120, its just not the best value, You could get an air cooler for better and the same price. But if my mans wants a 120, just let him be, 3600 does not run hot.

i have a 120mm rn but it’s a small case so it takes up one of the two fan mounts, and ever since i upgraded graphics cards, airflow is even worse, so i gotta upgrade the case, and probably upgrade aio so it doesn’t stick out

but honestly is does not bother me, my 3900x is at like 50 c idle with like 500 rpm on the fans and keeps it at like 60c in game and under workloads.
