nah the 3080 is a bit loud i guess
but its just cause the brand is bad

the best is probably to change thermal pads first

it really works

zotac cooler has no copper 😔
but still i managed to get a 10 degree temp drop by just changing thermal pads

so that probably will help on noise level

idk about the 3070
but the 3080 has major memory temp issues

manufacturers are cheaping out on thermal pads and are giving customers cards that will die if you dont fix it

ok but hear me out...
after that i glued some chinese waterblocks on the backplate and the memory temps dropped an additional 4 degrees
