Your ram speed in the screenshot is actually correct. some apps will report the true frequency, while some will report the Double Data Rate frequency (1333 x 2 = 2666)

yes, in task manager thats showing you the Double Data Rate frequency
both representations are "Correct" its just understood that the lower one reported in speccy is the single data rate mode, which is Doubled with DDR (Double Data Rate) memory

if you had 16 at DDR3, you should probably have 32 with DDR4 and 64 (eventually when it's not expensive) with DDR5

i have 32gb ddr4 but its really not needed at all as every game i play doesnt take more than like 8gb including fh5
but i dont have any unnecessary crap in the background
